Canada Goose has released its Fall/Winter 2026 collection styled and directed by creative director Haider Ackermann. The range spans fleece, knitwear, outerwear, and footwear across men’s and women’s categories. The brand’s broadest seasonal assortment will be available in its stores and on its website.
Ackermann built the collection around the idea of dressing for cold weather as something to enjoy. This sense of craft runs through everything from collegiate striped knitwear to Western-tinged shearling.
Second Nature: Canada Goose Fall/Winter Collection
The collection sits under Second Nature, the Fall and Winter instalment of Canada Goose’s ongoing Natural Intelligence platform. Past seasons have leaned on technical prowess and expedition-grade specs. Carrie Baker, President, Brand & Commercial, said the collection reflects the personal way people experience fall and winter. This year, across categories, silhouettes, and thoughtful designs, each piece is grounded in that experience.
Fleece, Knitwear, and Everyday Layers in the Fall/Winter Collection
Ackermann has pushed colour-blocking and brighter, younger palettes for the fleece collection. Nostalgic graphics and plaid patterns thread through knitwear, shirting, and lightweight down. The brand sees the collection as a blend of heritage and elevated street styling. This is reflected across the selection of scarves, toques, and footwear.
The Fall/Winter collection offers cold-weather staples like cashmere-blend pom-toques, Arctic Contrast wool toques, the wool-cashmere blend fringe scarf, and everyday caps. The price ranges from $175 to $350. The Keystone Boots ($795) are city boots with next-to-no weight and leather and nylon panels.
HyBridge® Base, a lightweight jacket for men, offers more colourways and easy protection against light rain and snow.
The Mira Lightweight Bomber in Timber Sand is a modern take on the beloved flight jacket; this version features a removable shearling collar. The $1,895 jacket is made from a structured cotton canvas with rib-knit cuffs.
The Lodge Hoodie is perfect for lightweight packing and backcountry activities because it is warm and windproof. It comprises a full-feature hood, drop-down tail, and additional nylon ripstop shell, retaining vital body heat.
Sterling and Fallon Down Jackets for Colder Weather
The Sterling and Fallon families comprise lightweight, wind-resistant, and water-repellent down pieces, including puffer coats and puffer jackets for the colder months. Après-ski and Holiday selection draws on western designs for heavyweight down, fleece, and apparel.
Among the standout new styles is the Scout coat, priced at $1,850, built on an archival four-pocket workwear design. It’s cut generously and finished with a removable shearling collar in a contrasting dark tone and a water-repellent shell. The Scout coat comes in two colourways: Arabica Brown and Vireo Green.
The Fallon Puffer Vest is made of plain-weave poly and has a wide baffle design and matte face in Solar Aria. Heritage workwear is gaining ground across menswear more broadly, with chore coats and barn jackets.
Women’s Canada Goose Fall/Winter 2026 Outerwear and Knitwear
Women’s outerwear covers transitional pieces for the shoulder season between early autumn and depths of winter proper. Crafted from extrafine merino wool, the Habel Crew Knit in Arabica and Linnaea Rose is the ideal everyday knit, $595. The Derby Long-Sleeve T-Shirt is great for the in-between months thanks to its soft and durable flannel design.
Women’s Cascade trainers are made for all seasons and feature premium mesh, leather and suede overlays, priced at $450. The diamond-quilted Terra coat, costing $1,195, is one of the women’s lightweight jackets. It is wind-proof and water-repellent with contrasting corduroy accents on the collar and cuffs.
Fur-free Parkas for Fall/Winter Collection
Canada Goose has been fur-free since 2022, and the Fall/Winter 2026 range reinforces that. Faux fur trims elevate several key parkas, including the Aren, Shelburne, and Louise. The trims are made from recycled materials. The brand replicates the look and texture of fur with recycled polyester and post-consumer plastic bottles.
The Louise parka is designed for the coldest days with Canada Goose’s signature snorkel hood for a barrier against the elements. Since the policy took effect, Canada Goose has continued to invest in synthetic alternatives to the fur trim that defined its expedition parkas.
Ackermann was named Canada Goose’s first creative director in May 2024. His earlier collections were released under the “Snow Goose by Canada Goose” label, reviving a heritage name the brand last used in the 1990s. It leaned heavily on the brand’s expedition legacy and its connection to extreme landscapes. It is a deliberate push towards younger, more casual wear, with an expansion of fleece and knitwear. The collection is now available at Canada Goose retail locations globally, on canadagoose.com and at select retailers.
