Dubai Fashion Week returns to Dubai Design District (d3) from 22 to 26 October with its Spring/Summer 2027 edition, bringing designers and brands from eleven countries beyond the UAE to the runway alongside Emirates-based and regional talent. Co-founded by d3 and the Arab Fashion Council, the five-day pair runway shows with a Buyers Programme, and a Harvey Nichols pop-up, has been open since 1 October. Regional buyers, international department-store representatives and online retail platforms are all confirmed.

Dubai Fashion Week Returns After Two Recent Editions

SS27 is the third edition in a little over a year. The  1-6 September, 2025 edition featured the fourth instalment of Thread Talks and welcomed designers from Germany, the Netherlands and Croatia to the runway for the first time. Autumn/Winter 2026/27 followed from 1 to 6 February, 2026, with designers from the UAE, the wider MENA region, India, France, Italy and the UK. Alberta Ferretti opened it with her Middle East debut, and Manish Malhotra closed it with INAYA: The India Story. In the d3 showroom, the Buyers’ Programme ran from 1 to 4 February and listed twenty designers, among them Lama Jouni, Narma, John Richmond and Ludovic de Saint Sernin.

Dubai Fashion Week calls itself the city’s official fashion week. Its February 2026 partners included SOUEAST as an automotive partner, Dyson for hair technology, Kiko Milano for make-up and Delano Dubai for hospitality. d3 sits within TECOM Group and hosts. Jacob Abrian is CEO and founder of the Arab Fashion Council, which co-founded the event with d3. This edition goes ahead despite severe tensions on the Arabian Peninsula and that its Saudi counterpart has just been postponed until 2027.

Dubai Fashion Week SS27 Schedule, Showrooms and Events

Runway shows take place at d3. Showroom appointments and designer previews run through the Buyers Programme, and networking sessions are open to designers, established retailers and members of the media. Away from d3, a citywide programme of events covers cultural exchange and dialogue, with more networking built in.

The UAE-based Picasso Institute Middle East and India’s NIF Global x London School of Trends have also confirmed participation.

Designers and Brands Showing at Dubai Fashion Week SS27

Azerbaijan, Colombia, Jordan, South Korea, Vietnam, Puerto Rico, Kuwait, Egypt, India, France and Ukraine are all sending designers or brands, and they join creatives based in the Emirates and across the region.

Weinsanto flies the flag for France. Victor Weinsanto is a DFW member, and the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode presented his February 2025 show at d3, “Cauchemar in the Kitchen”. He returned in February 2026 with a collection built on the courtesan culture of the 17th and 18th centuries. Yousef AlJasmi comes from Kuwait. Lili Blanc is the UAE name on the confirmed list, and the label and L’Scarlett were both in the February showroom.

Pallavi Puri travels from India, and Nafsika Skourti represents Jordan. Ukraine’s KEL’ and Vietnam’s L’Scarlett join the line-up, alongside Azerbaijan’s GNL Couture. Colombia has two designers on the schedule, Adriana Capasso and Mónica Schuster, and Shoma brings Trinidad and Tobago into the line-up. South Korea, Puerto Rico and Egypt also have brands on the roster.

Dubai Fashion Week Buyers Programme and Harvey Nichols Pop-Up

Confirmed attendees include prominent regional buyers, as well as delegates from major international department stores and online retail platforms. The Buyers Programme is not new. The Spring/Summer 2026 edition saw participation expand across regional and overseas markets, while the Autumn/Winter 2026/27 programme included buyers from Europe, the United States and Asia, organisers said. Organisers describe access to showrooms, previews and brand discovery as exclusive.

The second edition, in October 2023, ran for seven days and opened the event’s first Mega Showroom, a B2B designers’ pop-up with a Shop the Runway concept open to all, with Carolina Herrera as Guest of Honour. Harvey Nichols is now the partner on an exclusive in-store pop-up with a curated selection of emerging and established regional fashion brands. It opened on 1 October, three weeks before the first show, and closes on 31 October.

What d3 and the Arab Fashion Council Say About Dubai Fashion Week SS27

Khadija Al Bastaki, senior vice president of d3, says the SS27 edition gives designers and talent from around the world a chance to work in Dubai and meet the sector. Abrian, CEO and founder of the Arab Fashion Council, says the schedule reflects the strength and ambition of the regional fashion industry. The international line-up and the buyers’ programme sit alongside it, he says, as do what he calls “exciting collaborations”.

The Harvey Nichols pop-up runs until October 31, five days after the final show.
